Education
SCHOLARSHIP TO THE ALLOTTEES AND RESIDENTS OF GULSHAN-E-MAYMAR AND SURROUNDING GOTHS
Gulshan-e-Maymar Foundation, a subsidiary of Maymar Housing Services (Pvt.) Limited, is running Sir Syed School, Gulshan-e-Maymar, in Sector Z/II and Sector X/VI.
Maymar believes that children of our country in general and children of Gulshan-e-Maymar, in particular, have right to quality education. Maymar also believes that children are our assets and for future development of the country, they should have access to good education. A large number of children in Pakistan are unable to enroll themselves in schools due to paucity of resources of their family.
We humbly take this opportunity to contribute towards the education for these unprivileged children and is pleased to allow scholarships to up to 200 deserving and unprivileged children of the allottees and residents of Gulshan-e-Maymar. The scholarship includes 95% waiver in monthly tuition fee and course books at both the branches of Sir Syed School, Gulshan-e-Maymar. The students from KG to Class X can avail this facility.
For this purpose a committee of five members is formed, who are residents of Gulshan-e-Maymar and experienced in education field to scrutinize the applications of the candidates. For more information, contact any branch of Sir Syed School, Gulshan-e-Maymar.
Marriage Support
Marriage Support Loan
Maymar always believes that Maymarians are a family, be as a resident or its employee. In the current inflationary pressures and social demands, Maymarians may be feeling financial hurdles when their children are getting married, especially when it comes to their daughters.
The Company introduced Marriage Support Loan in August 2019, to the allottees and also to the employees. Maymar has constituted a committee who scrutinizes the cases in respect of allottees of Gulshan-e-Maymar, who recommend the cases for final disbursement to the Management.

Salient features of the loan are as follows:
- This loan is called Marriage Support Loan and is strictly for the wedding of the daughters of the allottees of Gulshan-e-Maymar.
- The maximum amount of the loan will be Rs.300,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Thousand).
- A total of five loans up to Rs.300,000/- (Rupees three lacs) will be given every calendar month.
- In case of more than five applications the approved applicants’ ballot will be held to select the five applicants.
- The remaining applications will be carried forward to next month and similarly they will be selected in case of less than five applicants in a month.
- In case of less than five applicants in a month the balance of loan will be carried forward for the next month.
- The loans will be repayable in maximum of 18 equal monthly installments and the applicants will give post-dated cheques for the repayment of the loan.
- The loan will be without any charge.
- The decision of the committee will be final.
Maymar Housing Services (Pvt.) Limited expects that only deserving applicants will submit applications for this loan. This loan is financed by Maymar from their own resources and request for the prayers from the Maymar family.

Plantation
CLEAN AND GREEN GULSHAN E MAYMAR –PLANTATION DRIVE
Maymar understands the urgent climate crises our planet is facing. The need for planting greens is something which is underrated. However, we feel our responsibility towards the planet and towards our country in particular, which is facing the negative impacts of climate change in the form of growing temperature ,drying lakes, floods, landslides and the most important destruction of agricultural lands.
Therefore to contribute towards the environment, the management initiated a plantation drive which is called “Clean and Green Gulshan-e-Maymar” we came up with this name due to its initial stage which started by plantation of over 11,200 different trees & plants within Gulshab e Maymar in 2018.
Plantation at NED University
On August 4, 2018,our Horticulture department teamed up with young and energetic students of IoBM and planted 500 trees at NED University of Engineering and technology.
In 2019 we have planted over 27000 trees and plants in Gulshan e Maymar apart from the Mangrove plantation at the coastline mentioned next.
CLEAN AND GREEN GULSHAN E MAYMAR –GROW GREEN BREATH CLEAN!
The “Grow Green Breath Clean” plantation drive in alliance with Dow University of Health Sciences and Pakistan Navy on the 28th April 2019 was a great success. The plantation began in the presence of Commandant Pakistan Naval Academy Commodore Waqar Muhammad. Humbled and proud at the same time to have contributed to this noble cause by providing 1200 different plants which include upto 350 Mangroves and assistance of our Horticulture team during the drive at PNS Himalaya. The participants also included the students of DUHS and Naval staff. The participants planted the trees and also had a beach cleaning activity at Manora. Great to see the young generation enthusiastically participate in this drive and hope this forms a chain that never ends. Teaming up with the students and the Naval staff was a great experience! May our Country grow greener!
Kashmir Day
KASHMIR SOLIDARITY-HUMAN RIGHTS AWARENESS
Maymar has always expressed its support to the unheard therefore we have always been active in extending our support to Kashmiries.
Our site and head office staff gathered at Gulshan e Maymar on Friday August 30, 2019 to demonstrate unity with our Prime Minister in support of kashmiries in presence of our Chairman & CEO Abdul Rashid. The staff carried placards and planted trees to give a message of solidarity for those who are suffering in Maqbooza Kashmir.
Kashmir Day 2020
5th February 2020 Maymar Housing Service – Pvt Ltd. observed Kashmir day with great zeal. Employees led by the chairman, residents of Gulshan-e-Maymar and officials of Pakistan Rangers (Bhittai Wing) joined together for a walk followed by a debate competition between the students of various schools to show their support for the people of Kashmir.

Grocery Distribution
Frequent Grocery Distribution to the Lower staff and Other Needy people throughout the year.
Since inflation is increasing, it has become a challenge for our lower class to survive daily expenses. Therefore we have initiated this humble effort of frequently distributing Groceries to the needy since Ramadan 2019.
Insha Allah we will continue this as far as it can go!
