NOC FOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTION FOR M/S K-ELECTRIC
The Management of Maymar Housing Services (Pvt.) Limited is pleased to inform you that we have entered into an agreement with K-Electric to provide full network of Gulshan-e-Maymar. According to the agreement with K-Electric, they will complete the whole work within two years and after completion of the work the residents of Gulshan-e-Maymar will get the proper electric connection and load shedding free environment.
This is also to be noted that all NOC’s issued earlier, but not obtained the proper electric connection their NOC’s will be treated as cancelled and they will have to apply again for new NOC after paying the below mentioned charges. Charges paid for the previous cancelled NOC will be adjusted /refunded to the client.
The other terms and conditions for issuing NOC’s is the same mention on Notice board.

Note:
- NOC will also be required for any additional meter and will be subject to payment of 2nd meter of the above rates.
- In case of FL and Commercial, original plan for number of meters will be included in the above cost and will not be charged any additional fee.
- FL, Amenities and Commercial will also be exempt from Load Release Authority (LRA) requirement.
- These charges will be effective from August 6, 2019 for a period upto April 30, 2020.
- In case of those allottees who have already paid main electric charges, the paid amount of main electric charges will be deducted from above charges.
