From its inception, Maymar’s vision has centered around stepping away from the status quo and making quantum leaps in defining the real estate and construction landscape of the country. Maymar’s projects, often considered forward-looking and revolutionary at launch, are admired for their elegance and attention to detail after completion. Beyond that, Maymar’s venture into developing a township in the form of Gulshan-e-Maymar in the 1980s was in itself a bold move at that time, again emanating from its philosophy of testing uncharted waters. The success of Gulshan-e-Maymar initiated a flurry of activity in an area that was once considered uninhabitable and is now regarded as the center of the major development activity occurring in the Karachi metropolitan area.

Maymar’s vision and core philosophy has endured the test of time, and continue to be focused on changing the future landscape of the industry it participates in. Our vision for the next five years is to become the indisputable number one Development and Construction Company in the country, and then leverage our local expertise to start to become a formidable player in the entire region.

We plan to achieve our goal by not getting captivated by our past laurels, but by indubitably utilizing the infrastructure, knowledge base and human capital that we have developed over the years. On the development front, our plans include extending the Gulshan-e-Maymar concept to other parts of the country on a similar or larger scale with amenities that break the current threshold of facilities offered by other townships and master-planned communities. On the construction side, our vision is to enhance the size and scope of our projects, and incorporate breakthrough engineering and architectural features.

In a nutshell, our vision is to maintain the steep trajectory that we have carved out for ourselves – letting it plateau out is the worst fear that we have. Our team works day and night to make sure that this fear is never realized. Maymar revolutionized the development and construction space in Pakistan. We hope to continue doing that in the foreseeable future.
